Synology at the 2025 GITEX expo

Alongside Synology's Solution Day expo that is currently still underway on a global scale, the company has also participated in this year's GITEX Global event held in Dubai.

An in-depth overview of this year's Synology Solution Day 2025 expo
GITEX (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition) Global is the world's largest and most enduring technology expo. Celebrating over four decades since its inception in 1984, it attracts a significant government presence, with hundreds of government entities from across the region. The event showcases the year's major government digital initiatives, innovations, and projects, while also serving as a platform for announcing public and private sector technology partnerships.

Synology has joined 6,500+ companies from 180+ countries to showcase their innovations to a global audience of investors, enterprises, and governments.

What brings Synology to GITEX?
The primary purpose of Synology's presence at GITEX is to showcase its latest enterprise solutions to the Middle East and Asia markets. With a 30% B2B growth this year, it is clear that the company aims to stay as close as possible to both its current and future Tier 1 and Tier 0 customers.

Synology has presented their latest models and technologies coming later this year, as well as in 2026, like the new all-NVMe flagship model, the PAS7700.
The PAS-series was developed to support mission-critical operations that must meet extremely high performance standards and ultra-low latency requirements, while also ensuring high availability at all times.

Unlike the current devices from Synology, the PAS series is unique with an all-end-to-end NVMe architecture equipped with U.3 SSDs directly connected to the CPU via PCIe lanes.

Although the new GS series was not showcased as it was at Computex and during Synology Solution Day Expo, Synology instead highlighted some of their larger data models, such as the existing HD6500, which is capable of up to 4.8 PB of storage.

The latest DSM 7.3 is brining the new tiering feature to almost all currently supported models

In response to increasing AI-demanding scenarios and advances in hardware, Synology is launching several new DVA devices tailored for AI-capable tasks. Their new 2U rack model, the DVA7400, will support up to 100 camera streams and 40 concurrent AI operations.

The upcoming DVA7400 2U rack brand new surveillance device was also presented
Over five days at GITEX, with nearly 100,000 visitors each day, numerous existing and potential customers had the opportunity to explore some of the latest technologies and services.
Attracting around 5,000 visitors to the Synology booth alone underscores the company's global recognition and respect. As a niche brand, Synology has established itself as the market leader in its respective field.

Synology 2025 Business Solution Guide as well as some swag was offered to many visitors that came to the booth (don't worry, the screwdriver set is not proprietary!)
GITEX 2026 is scheduled for December 2026, and Synology is expected to be present again, showcasing new exciting devices set to launch in the first quarter of 2026. As AI continues to shape the future, it is only a matter of time before the company introduces new hardware to meet this growing demand.
